Slip on the cuff and then put your elastic hair ties in the channel. We designed the cuff to hold two hair ties, one for you and one for your friend when they are in need. 2 & 3/8 inside diameter 5/8" wide *Each hair tie cuff comes with two elastic hair ties. The color of hair ties will vary. They all do not come with a navy and pink hair ties as seen in the picture.
